I love it that this game is now also for Android. And it has a much higher resolution than the original. Although the game is not developed for touch screens it works good when going around the map.

in 1995 this game was BRILLIANT, (and BTW, there was a version of TTD released for Windows 95), but the free OpenTTD has since improved the original game IMMENSELY. Go to the ABOUT page on Openttd for a partial list of improvements over the original. (search google for "openttd") $\"^O^\"$

Deluxe starts in 1950 (the first selectable year), the regular starts in 1930. (Open TTD doesn’t have this limitation) Despite that, Deluxe adds more environments, signals (adds one-way signals, which is useful) and has a map editor built-in, which was an expansion pack for the regular. However, for some reason, Deluxe doesn’t include the Martian environment, which was part of the expansion.
